A Glimpse into Past Curations

With this box, we wanted to capture the soft golden warmth of oak — a material that feels both grounding and timeless. Each piece was chosen to echo this natural hue, from wood textures to warm details, creating a harmonious collection that brings the calm balance of Scandinavian nature into your home.
In an earlier Norlii curation, we were inspired by the soft greyish-blue glaze of oversized mugs — chosen for both their calming tone and their generous size, ideal for soup or hot chocolate on a cozy evening. To set the mood instantly, we paired them with candleholders and candles, along with a few more carefully selected pieces
In our Nordic Nights curation, the idea was to celebrate Scandinavians’ love of long summer evenings outdoors. The fringed throw was chosen for its soft warmth as daylight lingers into the night, while the sculptural hurricane lantern added atmosphere and glow. These were just two pieces in a wider collection — each item carefully selected to reflect our approach: timeless design and natural textures that embrace Scandinavian traditions and transform simple moments into something special.
Our Fika curation was inspired by the cherished Swedish tradition of pausing for a cup of coffee and something sweet. Rather than adding coffee mugs, we chose to highlight the indulgent side of fika with a beautiful cakestand and soft hamam napkins — complemented by other carefully selected details. Together, the collection reflects our approach: thoughtful design that transforms everyday rituals into moments of joy.

The Norlii Box is a quarterly subscription delivering hand-picked Scandinavian home decor directly to your door.
Here’s how it works:
Subscribe at any time — your first box depends on your signup date.
Receive a new box in February, May, August, and November.
Unbox and enjoy beautifully curated Nordic design that adds calm and elegance to your home.
Your subscription box is assigned as follows:
January 1 – March 31 → Box No. 1
April 1 – June 30 → Box No. 2
July 1 – September 30 → Box No. 3
October 1 – December 31 → Box No. 4
Each box is shipped shortly after its release date and filled with design pieces that reflect the season, the atmosphere, and the Scandinavian way of life.
Can I return items from the box?
We’re not able to accept returns from the subscription box, as each box is thoughtfully curated and offered at a special bundled value — always totaling at least $230.
