How does my Norlii home decor subscription box work?
The Norlii Box is a quarterly subscription delivering hand-picked Scandinavian home decor directly to your door.
Here’s how it works:
Subscribe at any time — your first box depends on your signup date.
Receive a new box in February, May, August, and November.
Unbox and enjoy beautifully curated Nordic design that adds calm and elegance to your home.
Your subscription box is assigned as follows:
January 1 – March 31 → Box No. 1
April 1 – June 30 → Box No. 2
July 1 – September 30 → Box No. 3
October 1 – December 31 → Box No. 4
Each box is shipped shortly after its release date and filled with design pieces that reflect the season, the atmosphere, and the Scandinavian way of life.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for the next box, please cancel at least 10 days before the renewal date (February 1, May 1, August 1, or November 1).
You can cancel in two ways:
Log in to your account at norlii.com and manage your subscription.
Or send an email to [email protected] with CANCEL in the subject line.
Can I return items from the box?
We’re not able to accept returns from the subscription box, as each box is thoughtfully curated and offered at a special bundled value — always totaling at least $230.
Every item is carefully selected to reflect Scandinavian design and lifestyle, and we truly hope you’ll enjoy the collection.

Can I find out what’s inside the Norlii Box before it arrives?
Each Norlii home decor subscription box is meticulously curated to encapsulate the essence of Scandi design and lifestyle. While we want to maintain the thrill of surprise during the unboxing process, we do offer sneak peeks of one or two items included in the box. These preview items are shared on our Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as via email.
When will I receive my Norlii box?
We typically ship the Norlii Box around the following dates each year:
February 20
May 20
August 20
November 1
Your box is shipped with FedEx International, and delivery usually takes about one week.
If you sign up after the release date, your box will ship within 3 business days of your order.
Is the Norlii subscription available outside the United States?
Norlii offers the Scandinavian home subscription box globally.
Please send us an email at [email protected] if you are not yet able to sign up in your location.
Local taxes and VAT apply
When will I be billed?
You are charged for your first box at the time of signup.
After that, recurring payments are processed on:
February 1
May 1
August 1
November 1
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for the Norlii Premium Box, except for deliveries to Asia and Australia, where a small shipping fee applies
Can I buy just one box?
The Norlii Premium Box is not available as a one-time purchase.
However, if we have extra boxes in stock we may offer them individually at a later date.
Is it possible to purchase additional Scandinavian products?
Yes! Anyone can shop in our curated Scandinavian Store, featuring beautiful items from selected Nordic brands.
All orders are hand-packed and typically ship within 1–2 business days. You can select priority shipping at checkout.

Can I buy Norlii box as a gift?
Yes, you can absolutely gift a Norlii Box to someone special! Just enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout.
Please note: At this time, we are not able to include a personal gift note with the box.

Can I order past Norlii boxes?
Typically, past Norlii boxes have sold out. However, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] to see if one is available! You can also find a past Norlii box in The Scandinavian Store, occasionally.
Which types of currency do you accept for payment?
Our standard currency is the US Dollar. However, we do provide the option for our customers to pay in several other currencies. Please note that these will be calculated using the US Dollar as the base currency.
